I am looking into purchasing a mobile home single wide or preferably double wide, my question is what do I looking for when buying one? How much would a good one cost, what should I be aware of on an older model, what should I look at fixing or replacing when I do locate one I like?
I want this to be my last move, and don't know what to look into and get a solid, safe home.
