My trailer was set on concert blocks we found out later it is the lowest part of the land I live in Texas and when it rains water remains under the trailer I have to have it leveled every year Is there any way to support my trailer 72x16 ft.

You say it was setup on concrete blocks, Are there 2 flat or cap blocks side by side for a base then full size blocks on top of the base?
