first time buyer in seattle wa. needs help

I am looking to purchase a new 3 bd. 2 bth. mh. I could use the name of a reputible dealer in my area. I will also be looking for land to put it on. It is so confusing with all the dealers telling me they are the best and so ans so is the worst. I could really use some straight forward answers. so far up here there's palm harbor , fleetwood, clayton's and golden west. Does anyone have any opinions on these manufracturers. Which is the best bang for the buck. Also, is it possible to buy from neighboring states.
