Do I or don't I

Hi. I have enough extra money to buy a pre-owned, manufactured home in Florida for my retirement in about 10 years and I am really wanting to do it. The idea is to find something in good shape built after 1976 and rent it seasonally while keeping up with maintenance. The question I have is will a manufactured home last long enough to be there for me in 10 years and then hopefully another 20 if it is properly maintained. My in-laws place was built in the early 70's and it's still doing the job. But other forum comments are kind of scary.
