Storm Window Removal Help ASAP!

I am at the point of pulling my hair out. I just purchased a 3 bedroom 2 bath single wide home in Jan. There has been a window broken out of it since move-in, and I need to replace it ASAP. It's the storm window on the outer most part. I need to remove it so that I can take it to the hardware store and have the glass replaced. I have tried everything to remove it. Can anyone help me please!?!?
