2003 Fleetwood

I'm looking at lake property. One place has a 1994 Champion 1680 sq. feet on 5 acres and it has a 30x34 foot very nice garage. Home in pretty good shape.New roof and heat pump and some floor covering....
The other place has a 2003 Fleetwood 2112 sq. feet home on 2 1/2 acres. Both properties could be purchased for same price. About $70,000 As I know nothing about Mfg homes I need your help trying to decide.I plan to move there...Thanks
