I own a 1/2 acre in so calif i want to put a new or used mobilehome on it can any one tell me what i need to leagally do this there was a Mobile home on it a few years ago but it burnt down can i call this a replacement home?I didnt own the property then i have all utl septic gas water on property Thanks

You will have to talk to your local building and zoning office..The one in the county the land is in...If the zoning had changed...and the other home was "grandfathered in"...a replacement would NOT have been allowed.....Get advice from the local government...

Adam,
I do FHA loans for manufactured housing of all senarios in Texas and 33 other states. I have a lady that I could use your help to stop FC in Texas. Could you respond with advise or refferals for MH pre-foreclosures or bail-out loans, etc. in Texas?
