serial # on mobile home

Wally : I am trying to get some information on where to find the HUD seal on my mobile home. I have the Vec.# yap94323, and the Maunfacture # 635063505, but I can't find the HUD serial# . I have had an appariseal done on my home and they couldn't find it either. So the finance company ask me to do some resurch on the internet to see if anyone could help me find this seal. It is a 1979 mobile home. If you could help me it would be very helpful, I have read the other remarks in this field and have check in most of those spots and have not found it in any of those spots.

Thanks for this tip. Would this be a home that is newer than 1976 or is only on older homes?

We do a lot of retrofits for lenders and it is sometimes a process of discovery to find the numbers so we can get the 433A, Certificate of Occupancy or the Engineer's cert for the underwriters. Any info on secret investigative methods is always appreciated.
