Back Ground INFO

I purchased a brand New Pine Grove 16x62 on 50x75 land lease lot in a very nice over 55 park in NJ. I am first owner, no one ever lived in this home The lot has concrete slap and tie downs. I moved in summer of 2013 NJ. I had a few post concern about flooring, answered by a Mr. Murry and other kind people. The sub floors are the novo deck 5/8 inch thick, NOT OSB or Plywood. on 2x 16 inch joists (studs are 2x8.) The good news for me is, re the floor 100% of home is Armstrong Linoleum on top of the sub floor, than carpet in liv room and hallway bed rooms all on top of Linoleum. this I figure will protect the novo deck from water spill.

The Problem.
In kitchen 14x16 I noticed a high spot felt when walking, about 4 inch wide and 2 feet long, and can see feel seem or edge of I guess the wood under the Linoleum. Told the Dealer (park owners) and they checked the floor and said its something under the Linoleum, they check the water inlet gage under home and show me the red dial was NOT moving with all water turned off, meaning no leak. and this is left to sink and 3 feed back from kitchen sink. They stated all pipes or water lines are far right to the sink. Maybe it draining leak. The water inlet froze twice, meaning no water, they changed the heat tape and a electric box under home, no pipe broke or the red gear dial on water gage under home would be moving.

Question

Could this be just wood expanding from extra sub 5% temps cold of NJ week s on end...The home has a plastic wrap under all parts of home and green star cert very low heating and cent ac cost. If they had to fix the home has 10 year structural warranty and 1 year from the dealer. the floor is NOT soft on high spots. My dog water dish was near the spot but again only a few tiny spills on top of the Linoleum. I hope floor does not need to be replaced etc....

Thanking any reply in advance...Bob
