removing center walls in a 76-COLT-2457 Milcraft Home

I have been wanting to remove a couple of center walls in my prefab home and can't find anyone who can give me a clear answer. I plan on doing what ever I need to if it can be done. I just want to know if it can be done! It is on a full basement with a stick built addition on the end. It is the center wall where the two halves were joined together. I have been told by some it's load bearing and some say it's not. Can you help me?
