Pit set ???

I live in Yuma Arizona, am curious, does a manufactured home need tie downs if it is pit setted?

Most likely they will be required, your licensed set crew will know all the rule in your area.

Answer: Yes, all mobile homes, and used/new manufactured homes must be anchored
using an approved tie down system.
