Whole House Sways Like Boat

Just bought this double wide and I am having problems with movement issues. It seems that the whole mobile is moving or slight swaying when walking around and jerks sometimes. Had the Tie Downs checked and tightened and still have problems with movement issues. Sometimes I think the cement screen room is moving with the house. Slight swaying. Anyone have any solutions??

The one side of the house has a large tree and some of the roots are visible. Everyone says the tree is fine..... Thought the roots could be causing the problem. I have been in this house for about a month.....

I have never seen any movement in a home that was installed correctly. Are you sure the entire home is moving? What you are experiencing may be floor wow. A week or poorly supported section of floor that has some "play", movement when you walk on it?

Find a local licensed manufactured home installer and ask him for an assessment.
