Wind zone 3

Hello,
i am in sarasota county in sarasota florida and it is a wind zone 3 area.
i bought a peice of land that is mobil home approved.
i have been having some trouble in finding a windzone3 mobil home. can i upgrade a windzone 2 to be legal to put on my land?

Permits to make the changes would have to come form the Sarasota County Planning and Development Services .

Check for foreclosures and repossessions it's a buyers market. With millions for sale across the county you can always find one near you.

To directly answer your question. No it is not possible to retro fit a zone 2 home to become a zone 3 home. Have you considered a new home?
