1973 Beaumont

I'm REALLY hoping someone can help me with this Q...I obtained a piece of property & previously a 1973 Beaumont, 14' x 64' MH was on it (according to town). It is no longer there and the town listers do not have the number of bedrooms indicated. As the property has now been vacant for some time, I must file a waiver with my state for septic and new plans in case of failure.
I am trying to find out the manufacturer of the mh, # of bedrooms & bathrooms it had. If possible, the floor plan. I am unable to provide any further info.

Most local permitting authorities issue permits for specific minimum size septic tanks/drain fields based on the number of bed rooms or bath rooms in the home. Check the local Health Dept records for the original septic permit.... or determine the size of the tank and field and what the requirements were at the time the septic was permitted.

ALSO Check your local building department records to see if a permit was issued to install the home. Most often the installation or placement permit will note the year make, serial number, number of bed, baths and size of the home.

I did ck w/state (VT) and @ the time the septic, etc was put in, permitting wasn't required because it was +10acres...and it wasn't registered w/state voluntarily. Regulations now changed (2007) and the design may not now be "grandfathered". I was amazed that the # of bedrooms/baths weren't in the town appraisel records & they could never locate the serial #. Go figure, seems to be my luck of late.
So, it was my hope to find some lead on the mh itself. I'm only looking to request the waiver with a new septic design for 2 bedroom/1 bath, but wanted something to support it (the previous MH on property)....
Do you know who manufactured it?-If they are still in biz?
