i notice that i have no problem with adding or taking away from my listing but at the top of the list it shows an experation date of april of this year and according to your ad it's a one time charge till sold...we won't be charged again will we?...Pam

Hi Pam,

Absolutely not!

Your listing will stay on line until you tell us your home sold.

The only time listings are removed otherwise is if we can no longer contact the owner with the information provided.

Just ignore that expiration date.

thank you for responding back that makes me feel better....and i will let you all know if we do get this place sold....and it couldn't be too soon for us...thank you again...Pam
