Is there any company that can provide financing for a manufactured home, that is bank owned, with a purged title, in a land lease community?

I assume that by a "purged title" your indication a home that has been re-titled out of the banks name. Often lenders will not finance the purchase of a competitors repos.

In most states, once the home is re-titled there is no trail back to the former owners, so this should not be a problem. If your credit report is positive, your debt level reasonable and you have an adequate down payment I doubt that you would have any problems with most lenders.
