we got court order eviction but she wont hand over title even tho this might just clear her up,

now i have title serial number only 4555AB ITS A 1975 GVER OR GUER MAKE.
I LIVE IN MISSOURI
can someone tell me the easy way to go for the title
she left this home on my lot
i dont even know if title was ever put in her name?? she owed it tho
can i back track threw tax roll an go for it this way

i manage 2 mobile home parks this is the most nastyest eviction i ever gone threw
an i done this now over 9yrs most just say here not this one,last i got her she was trying to take title an trade it for a car not letting man know she has big back bill owed on it lucky for him he talked with a neighbor an they told him she was evicted.

Every state has an abandoned vehicle title law which supplies titles for abandoned vehicles..You will have to talk to your state's title office and find the procedure. You have to be careful because not every state would allow you to just take the home..Illegal seizures are considered theft in many states. yes we know but we want to find numbers an there is no paperwork,if we have to we will ask judge for home its a shame we got to keep eating legal fees an they walk free no chance in getting money THEY DONT WORK we dont even know if she ever titled it in her own name some one else comes up on tax roll at this address.

mean time we got her walking around with title in hand not wanting to move it but trade or get anything she can without telling anyone she owes someone not knowing may pay her for title an end up in this mess

yes we had lawyer,hes amazed at this also i cant tell you how many times we had to get police to get people from coming an going out of this home we knew none of them but she did

You have not mentioned which numbers you are looking for..You seem to have a partial serial number (the actual number would be much longer and probably have more letters in it). It was stamped on the cross member at the front of the frame. Some states sometimes issue a new serial number when they issue an abandoned title (process includes a policeman witnessing the stamping of a new number into the frame)..The sale of abandoned property probably has a very specific process in your state...In the states I have direct experience with abandoned property, they both REQUIRED sending citied notice to the last known owner at the last known address (when returned by the post office unopened we saved the unopened letter for evidence in the future), then I was required to advertised in the legal paper of record in your county. The ads would have to be 90 days in advance of the sale at auction. Since it is likely you will be the only bidder you will be able to bid very low.. You will be able to keep only legitimate storage costs and advertising costs from the sale proceeds..Propery owners rights are very well protected in most states..Your attorney should be fully familiar with your state's process.

is there a serial nuber an vin number this is a 1975 web said this age could only have 1,i looked on tax roll i sent letters out an they did come back unopened we now have been told to go back into court ask judge to award us mobile by jeff city iam in missouri.this short number is what she put down on lease.this is about all we have to go on i was down an checked tax roll today.

more money left to owner,an people who dont pay we got to court evict them walk free to do it to another landlord.what or you going to get none work dont plan on working,we even offered to knock bill off so we can get this mobile up an paying rent now count drug raid,many live ins an no money for 5 months an she thinks this is so funny
