Thanks so much. As I said our home is 64 ft in length and 28 ft wide. Going by what you said earlier, I need to place vents from one end to the other on the back side of the roof.
If you don't mind one more question, about how many vents should I purchase?
You have been so much help. Can't tell you how much I appreciate it.
roof ventilation question
Re: roof ventilation question
That depends on the free area of the vent you select. You need to have a free area of 3 sq feet, 144 sq inches per foot, = 432. sq inches of free area. If the vent contains 56 inches of free area, as many of them do, it would take 8 vents. You must check the free ventilation area of the vent you purchase.

Re:Releveling
Hi!
My name is Christine and I purchased a 1975 Silvercrest Mobile Home last year of June. Mobile Home size is 60' by 12' doublewide. I need some help, how do I if my mobile home needs leveling and who should I get to level and place proper jacks installed. Apparently the previous owners did'nt maintain the jackes or leveling. Your help is very appreciated.
Thank You,

Most likely your home is a 24 x60 if it has mulisection.. There is no owners manual available with instructions for set up for this pre-HUD home..My guess is you are in CA and your state will have special earthquake requirements that the rest of us do not have...The best place for advise will be your local building inspector..or a local licensed set up crew for advise and pricing...I caution you that even though it might have been set correctly in 1975...if you get a permit to reset the home it WILL have to be set to 2008 code..This might well be costly...Your best bet will be a local crew for advise...
