Pre 1976 mobile home financing

I am a realtor in PA and have a client that has a 1964 double wide on a cement block foundation. It was placed there new by the current owner's parents in 1964.

She wishes to sell it however it is my understanding that this is next to impossible.

Do you have any alternatives for financing this home?

Has new windows, 200 amp electric service and they added a new roof structure over the current home with about a 5/12 pitch.

Tough project...Most lenders will not mortgage pre 1976 homes...Some by law...Of course there is the seller finance route or sometimes a local bank might buy the strength of the land and buyer...
