FHLMC/FNMA and FHA-VA approved parks-Mfgs

I am looking for a list of Parks-MFGs approved for financing by FHLMC-FNMA, FHA-VA in the Zypherhills, Dade City, New Tampa area of Florida. Does such a resource exist? How Can I find the information?

First, virtually ALL manufactured home and modular manufacturers are approved by ALL of the lending sources you have asked about..

FHLMC/FNMA do not finance a home without real property involved( in land lease communities FHA does finance home only collateral)..But they will finance in a subdivision or condominium type community where you have a deed for the property and where the home is permanently affixed to the land and included in the deed.

I think FHA maintains lists of approved parks in local HUD offices. You could call them and ask if they have one and how to get a copy..Yours is here:
