rusty roof

hi everyone i am new to this forum but we are considering buying a 14x80 singlewide believe it is a 1987 model for a really good price but we are concerned about the cost of repairing roof there are no leaks yet but large amounts of what appears to be really heavy rust what i am asking is will moving this home cause the roof to start leaking and what are the best options for repairing or replacing this rusty roof any help is appreciated

Try a "Roof Over" Just google it and you will find some information on it...

Most rusty roofs can be corrected with "roof coating", available at all parts suppliers and home centers.
