I need to know who manufactured the Shadd in 1988. I am looking to obtain an appraisal to trade-in the home and we cannot find who manufactured this particular model, can't locate the data plate. I am in north florida/s. georgia area and think it would have to come from a builder near here. any help would be great.

You should have a data sheet hidden somewhere in the home that will give you this information. Look on the inside of the breaker box door, on the inside wall of any bedroom closet....I have seen this several times in older homes, and possibly under the kitchen sink on an inside wall of the cabinet or on the cabinet door.
