Moving my home-construction costs, etc?

Since selling the home has become impossible, we are seriously considering buying some land and moving it. Can anyone offer me some insight on what all that entails, contrction costs, etc? Things to research, watch out for, all that good stuff. I can't check this board too often from work, so feel free to post here but also to e-mail me directly at [email protected] with any advice.
