The only online info I have been able to locate is a bunch of web based advertising, Does anyone have any info regarding deals with them, who their manufacturers are etc.

I am always skeptical of web sites with no address information like this one..but I did find this listing on the Waverly Homes web site as 1 of their dealers..

If you are not close to Elizabeth, TN..check with dealers in your local area..No dealer can properly set and service homes thousands of miles away..

Call them and ask which manufacturers they represent..Most of the floor plans seem to be from this company...
