Unique Situation

Post by computerloca » Sun Jun 25, 2006 8:25 pm

Hi everyone,
I have a unique situation. I have a 2000 Spirit manufactured home (1269 sq ft)located in what was originally a manufactured home subdivision. Now it is a brick and manufactured home subdivision. Yes there are actually $90,000 brick homes mixed in with the manufactured homes. I have relocated and have attempted to sell my home with no luck. I feel that it is going to be tough to sell because there are other identical homes for sell in the subdivision in addition to other manufactured homes for sale there as well. This was a land home deal. I was told by the mortage lender (Green Tree) that I could sell the land and home separately as long as their price matched the payoff ($67,000). I thought about it and I would like to buy the home myself, pay to have it moved, and sell the lot to the owners of the subdivision. Is this possible? How would I go about doing this? Would this be considered financing or refinancing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You might try the loan section of this web site...by now I assume you have talked to the subdivision developer and gotten an idea of what he will pay for the lot..You will have to refi the whole remaining balance..Or you would not be able to sell at all...Go here to apply..
