sky or tube lighting

Any advice on either sky or tube lighting for a mobile home in Ca? For tube light, I had read somewhere that the Home Depot was the wrong one for a mobilehome. I would appreciate any information. Thanks, Ryan

I have a Solatube in my bathroom that works just fine, and a double-pane glass skylight in the living room. Don't know the age of your home, but in new homes, the roof construction is basically the same as site-built, so the same products work fine.
