We currently have a home listed on this web site. The home is located in Woodhaven Mi. on a rented lot. We are now in Florida in our new residence. The home in Mi. has been vacant for 2 years and is up for sale with the park . We are really being drained by this home. We pay out 1,000.00 a month for the mortgage payment & lot payment. We are asking 38,000.00 for this home and have had no interest at all in it. It is a very nice home. We are original owners and only lived in the home for 2 years. It still is in excellent condition. We are looking for someone to do a quick sale with us. If you have any ideas for us please, please let us know. We have been considering surrendering it to the mortgage co. but we have excellent credit and don't want to ruin our credit.

Why not rent it out? You will have income on it and can help cover the gap before it sells.

Make sure though that you check on the rules in the park to rent out a home in that community. I know many of the parks in MI do not allow sub-leasing.
