MH Financing for units over 10yrs old

I am a realtor with RE/MAX Advantage and am trying to help some clients find financing for an older mobile home. Local banks and credits won't finance for any MH over 10 yrs old. Would you be able to suggest some other sources for my clients to look into? I appreciate all the help and information you can give.
