Post by csody » Tue Feb 14, 2006 11:14 am

oh my, please any input you can give would be helpful! We just had our home delivered to our land and we noticed that there is not anything in the marriage line. Meaning that around the perimeter of the home is concrete with rebar sticking out ... but nothing going down the middle whats to give support there? how do you put the suppports on just dirt? Im not sure this is what we paid for. I cant get a hold of the installer today but im not sure my nerves can handle not knowing any longer.
thanks in advance for your help

The exact minimum foundation requirement will be in the set up manual the dealer should have already given you..Most likely the center piers will be put on some sort of footer designed for the soil in your area...Read your manuals....they will help you answer many question...

Relax..your job starts when the dealer says he is finished..you then inspect the home in all of its glory....Your job now is planning on furniture placement..boxing up items in what is about to be your former home.....Good Luck and enjoy your new home...

Great way to argue....sounds like great fun....be careful you might need more bedrooms soon....The yard will soon be ready to work...

Have fun moving and designing your home...Your effort now is what makes a house..YOUR home..
