I was looking into purchasing a used manufactured home. Is there a (free) website that can help determine value of this home? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help!

Can anyone tell me the value of a 1994 Dutch housing double wide 26x56 trailer. The model is 2030. It has vinyl siding and is in good condition. Stove, refrig, dish washer, washer and dryer go with the house. It doesnt have dry walls. The carpet is good. A new central air 2 years ago. It has a shingled roof.

Most places in this area just want to sell you a new one and wont give the value of the trailer.
