Help. I have had my double wide manafactered home for almost a year and it has been a nightmare trying to find a company that will even considering looking to refinance. Can you give me some guidance? I live in KY and the home is on land that we already owned, it is also on permanent foundation and is tied down. I can't understand that companies do not considering financing these homes, because from just where I live many people buy them everyday. Will or do you think that this will ever change?
