Refinance lender

Hello, I'm a loan officer in search of a lender in North Carolina who will refinance manufactured homes. They have low credit scores in the mid 500's and need to refi/cash-out. Does any one have any recommendations?

Basically...simp[e...find another client...No lenders are doing refi's for the low 500's

If the owners are 62 or older they may qualify for a reverse mortgage.
