I've been shopping for a mobile home and it's frustrating!! I found a new (as in never been lived in) 2000 model Southern Energy, 3 Br 2 ba for $43,000. I'm in Alabama, is that a decent price.
Please don't tell me to buy the e-book.
Southern Energy
Re: Southern Energy
When folks come here asking for info...some of us what to give them the best we can..the books are a wealth of info at a very low price in comparison to the possiblre perils of buying a home with out proper info....
A 5 year old "never lived in" home should not and cannot be sold as new.....Lenders will treat this home as used and charge higher rates than new....There in NO warranty on 5 year old "new" home...manufacturers will not warranty after a couple of years........If this is the home for you..you should move quick..this is the price range home that FEMA is looking for to help those in South AL and MS..
Sorry you take offense when some of us really try to give the best advice....
