1993 doublewide

looking to purchase a Fleetwood doublewide on permanent foundation in
Maryland. The home is 28 by 70, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bth. woodburning fireplace. Lots of skylights. All I have is a model number at this point. With that model number, can anyone give me some input on that particular model.. the number is 46631

Probably not.
If the home was well maintained, and there is no evidence of problems, it might be OK. have an inspection done before you buy!

home inspection complete.. a few minor problems, but things that must be addressed. a small leak on the main water supply pipe to the home,, minor repairs to siding...was unable to check furnace because fuel tank was empty.. but, I noticed in reviewing my report that the original owner replaced a lot of the plumbing with PLASTIC... Is that cool????/

The model number you speak to, only tells us that the home is a 28 x 66 floor, with 3 bedrooms.
