I have a Schult Home I am having a problem with my garden tub in the master bath leaking. I need to know if there is a shut off valve just for the garden tub.

Probably not. Shut off valves are not required by the HUD code. If you have one, it was optioned into your home.
However, one can be installed fairly easy. you have a decent size access panel at the side of the tub, remove it to get to the pipes.
