We are installing a washer in our screened in room The double manufactured home was built in 83'. What do we have to do to set up the drainage for the water?

You should not hook the washer up to the homes drain lines. Rather, install the washer standpipe and vent it through the roof of the screen room (or install an auto vent if your building code allows, and conect the drain line to the drain lines UNDER the home with a long turn "Y" fitting. You really should hier a plumber for this.
