House not as ordered

There are several items on my home that are not as requested. I have been in contact with the dealer and Fleetwood for a few weeks now but there has been little to no action.

How long should I argue before consulting an attorney?

If you have these issues in writing..call the attorney soon...Did you approve a formal order confirmation prioe to the home being built???...The dealer did...Fleetwood built the home exactly as the confirmation called for..

A few items have been acknowledged by Fleetwood as their error, but nothing has happened since. The Dealer, Quality Wholesale Homes has also acknowledged some of thier errors, but the VP of sales will not return my calls of emails.

The second major issue is the workmanship. The QA team should be replaced if they signed off on my home. $25k in upgrades and I am far from impressed...

You are on the right track...I would have been scared of a dealer with that name..When he used the word quality in his name..I would never expect this brand product on his yard...

Finish work should be done similar to the model you saw when you ordered...Good Luck..
