New vs. Used

I am looking for a MH. I have found some used models, but after I calculate moving and setup I am not sure how much money I would save vs. buying new. Any suggestions...

Hi Tim,

I recommend buying new if you can. That way you will get exactly what you want, and the dealer will handle the entire hassle of moving.

If you are putting the home on your own land, the municipality may have age restrictions on a pre-owned home that is moved on to the land.

Visit a dealer that's been around awhile; research manufacturers on the Internet and ask questions, ask questions, ask questions!
