Purchasing a Moble Home

I live in Amityville NY. I am purchasing a Moble Home from a friend, this will be a private cash sale. We have the forms to transfer ownership but I do not know what regulations may apply, if any. If you have any information on sales and ownership for moble homes in NY State, I would appreciate your help.
