We are looking to buy a Norris home, it appears to be a really good deal.
We are planning to get it drywalled (finished) and do the finish floors ourselves, also plan to buy our own appliances. Upgrading to 2x6 outside walls, and 30 year shingles. any comments?? BA Allen western NC
