3/4 decking

Does anyone know if they still make 3/4 inch decking? I have been told they have to replace it with 5/8 inch decking ,making the floor 1/8 inch lower in places that have been cut out and replaced. Thanks for your help Randy

Its made in plywood and OSB.Sometimes 3/4 is stamped as 23/32 which is close enough.As far as novadecking and cresdeck particleboard I don'r know. If I were you I would be having a long talk with your dealer.

Baseed on your previous post, I think someone is making excuses to try to avoid correcting poor workmanship. All decking is available in 3/4". When Patriot switched from novadeck to Cresdeck they probably switched from 3/4 to 5/8, because cresdeck is stiiffer. Sounds like whoever loaded the truck to come out to your house did not check the serial # to see which decking they needed, and was too lazy to go to the Home Depot once they cut your floor out and realized they had the wrong material. Call and speak to the service manager at the plant that built your house. The repair crew was probably a contractor, not a Patriot employee. You shouldn't need to beat him over the head or anything, if they are a contractor, he will make them pay to correct their bad work. He should expect to get what he paid them for, just as much as you expect to get what you paid for.

I have talked to the service people at the Waco Texas plant and The service man from Patriot Homes was here and saw it. They have done some very bad repair work. I took pictures of the work if anyone would like to see it Thanks for your help Randy
