what if i wont to refinance and my credit not all that

i have a 1998 dynesty and my payments are almost 400.00 a month and i need it to be a litter bit cheaper than that is there any help for me out there .but like i said my credit is very poor.i make good moey on my job but i got a divorce a feww years ago now its coast me my credit can you help me to refinance dont have my own land . i am own heairs proerty.

you need that land and wrap it into a new mortgage .. problem is , you will have to buy the land and your new loan will have a larger principal and your payment will probably be higher,... you do have a pickle...
