Hello, My name is Angel Sparks, a fairly new real estate agent, in Houston, Texas. I have a possible listing for a mobile home and not quite sure how to list, market, and determine the valuation. I would greatly appreciate any advice and suggestions you can give for this process.

The how to list is a question for your broker to answer...If the home is separate from the real estate..there might be laws that would not allow you to list the home without a manufactured home sales license..

Market just like any home...

If the home includes the real estate...you would value the home just the same as any home on this lot...comps..location..location..condition..

You might suggest that your client pay for a professional appraisal...These can be really nice sales tools...
