Question on preowned home - please help!

rmurray - thank you for your reply. I value your opinion. We decided to pursue it and are in the process of getting the financing arranged so we can put an offer in. We do like the location very much.

Thankfully, I do not have to deal with that salesman again. He was from the manufacturer and I called him to get more details on the home ie insulation, wall construction, etc. I made sure he knew I knew what I was talking about - thanks to all the knowledgable people on this forum!!
