help!!!!
my husband and I have found a manufactured home that sits on 2 acres in the country. It is 1836 sq. ft. and sits on a full basement with 8 foot poured walls. we've come to the problem of lending. Our "broker" has told us that we've been approved for numerous loans, but as soon as she puts in that it's a manufactured home, it comes up denied. we've been told that our credit is not the problem(even tough i filed bankruptcy 4 years ago, before we we're married). Our "broker" has basiclly been beating around the bush for over a month now with no answers for us. We've become very frustrated. can you please give me some guidence in what possible lenders will work with us? thank you!

Re: help!!!!
The problem is that many lenders do not like mobile homes. On the conventional side that is. Ask your broker to apply for FHA loan for you!
