Changed our minds, going with Clayton Norris now

Earlier I said my wife and I chose a Clayton Avondale. Well, we changed our minds again. This is a frustrating process but we got to make sure we get the home we like.
We loved the Clayton Avondale, but we saw something even better from Clayton.
The Cambridge Noris series.

We have opted to go with a 28 x 80 Cambridge Noris. It is much more expensive but we figured the quality is what matters. This home has 1/2 drywall through out the home. We are thinking of going with the 6/12 pitch roof. Can anyone please help explain the advantages of going with a 6/12 pitch verses a 3/12 pitch? We just know we have been advised to go with the 6/12. They do not make a 5/12 in this series.

The carpet is upgraded as well, the cabinets are solid oak.

Over all the home is priced at around 86k, is this reasonable?

Looking for any comments from the experts.

The home floor plan is CAMBRIDGE CENTURY - 27CEC28764CH05

I appreciate all the feed back.

I would definately go with the 6/12 roof. in most cases, you get stronger roof trusses. Also a steeper roof greatly helps to maintain your resale value. Your home should also appraise better when new with the 6/12 roof. Also, the fixed roof is really more like 2/12 when you have 8' walls.
