article on lenders offering 95% loans

Several months ago, I read an article on this site saying that WAMU and Aegis were again offering 95% 30 year fixed Mortgages on Manufactured housing. I am a lender and have talked with my rep's from both of these companies and they say they are not doing so. Any one know more on this?
