PATRIOT MODULAR

I read on the internet that Patriot is now offering their Crystal Valley series in a modular version. Has anyone had any experience with these.

I used to work for a Patriot Retailer. Crystal Valley homes are a nice homes, well built and a good value. I don't think you will find anyone with much experience with the mod.s as they have only been building them for 6 months. Patriot does have a great deal of experience with mod.s though. They have been building them at the Energymate division for about 25 years. A Crystal Valley mod should offer better quality and value but with less potential to customize.
