bathroom toilet and floor

instructions on how to repair a toilet that leaks from the bottom and also how to replace the floor that is starting to sag. I am not a handy person but once I have directions to follow with pictures I usually have no problem doing the job. I cannot afford a plumer or carpenter to come in and do the work for me. So what ever help you can offer me will be of great help, thank you.
