Moving to FL

I have a manufactured home that we want to move to FL. Do you have any idea how much the costs would be for moving? Also, do you know of any communities that would allow me to rent out our home?

How do I go about down grading Homes of Merit Lake City FL. I have a 04 with upgrads everything except floor, big problem on 2x6 floor joices I was reading in your book they did 2x8, not so and got stuck.Have had repairs every month for the last 6 months, floors,roof doors, windows, switches and lighting, and the worst tile work I have ever seen. Had 1/2 sheetrock in all rooms except closets. repaired most of broken sheetrock.
